Since 1988 Mr. Gill's law practice has focused on the representation of individuals and small businesses who find themselves the victim of injury and economic harm as a result of negligent, fraudulent, or criminal conduct. These cases include personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, defective products with an emphasis on defective tire cases, nursing home and hospital malpractice, pharmacy errors, and sexual harassment. In addition, Mr. Gill represents clients in insurance, consumer, and financial fraud litigation.
